Terms & Conditions

1.These Terms and Conditions govern the use of redpetal.com.au (the web-site) and the purchase of any goods from it. The web-site is owned and operated by RedPetal Floral Design (trading as) (ABN 30 694 906 957), enquries@redpetal.com.au , Ph. 0400 856 858.

2. Please note that by accessing, using or browsing this web-site you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability ("Terms and Conditions"). RedPetal reserves the right to amend or update such terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability at any time without providing notice to you. By using the web-site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

3. If you purchase goods and services from redpetal.com.au, we may require you to provide your name, address, email address, credit card number or other details ("customer information"). We may subsequently require further details to enable the processing of any orders that you make. You agree to provide RedPetal with current, complete and accurate customer information when asked to do so by the web-site or the RedPetal team.

4. For RedPetal to process your order, we need information such as your full name, email address, contact number, your billing address, delivery address and payment details.
If you do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been processed. Please contact RedPetal by phoning 0400 856 858 (or if calling from overseas, please dial +61 400 856 858) or by emailing: sales@redpetal.com.au

5. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and RedPetal is satisfied with the integrity of the order.

6. RedPetal cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every effort to fulfill your request but cannot guarantee it.

7. To guarantee same day delivery, orders must be placed by 1pm (AEST).

8. Orders placed after 1pm (AEST) will be delivered on the next delivery day.

9. Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be delivered on the next delivery day.

10. If the recipient (or other householder) is not home when the delivery is made, the gift will be left at the recipient's front door or out of sight if possible if requested to do so by the customer.

11. If the delivery cannot be made we will attempt to contact the customer for new instructions (which may incur additional charges).

12. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address details. RedPetal cannot accept responsibility for deliveries made at an incorrect address supplied by the customer. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of ordering.

13. Regional, Interstate & Overseas Orders are sent through our network of florists (Petals Network). We will endeavour to ensure our relay service sends out flowers that match your choice as closely as possible. However, due to seasonal and regional differences in product availability, we cannot guarantee orders placed for delivery to regional, interstate and overseas will appear as pictured on our website. We do guarantee that our network of florists will substitute flowers of equal or higher value, and will keep with the theme of the flowers originally chosen, ensuring your message to the recipient is not lost.

14. Cancellation of Orders - Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by RedPetal Floral Design 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.

15. RedPetal only offers a refund if it is found that RedPetal Floral Design is at fault. No refund will be provided if incorrect or incomplete information has been supplied by the customer. Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.

16. As RedPetal is closed on public holidays and Sundays, we will deliver your gift on the next business day.

17. If alcohol is part of the order it must be purchased by, purchased for and delivery accepted by persons over the age of 18 years. In acceptance of our terms and conditions you confirm that both the intended recipient and ordering party are over 18 years of age. LIQUOR ACT 1982 - It is an offence to sell or supply to or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years - Liquor Licence: 24012765

18. Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the redpetal.com.au web-site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.

19. Product descriptions and pricing will be as accurate as possible and updated regularly.

20. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

21. We will endeavour to provide the exact flowers and colours in your order, however due to seasonal and market availability, this may not always be possible. In such cases we will substitute flowers to match your order as closely as possible.We reserve the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types and containers and gifts the the same value.

22. Hamper items are subject to availability on the day of delivery.

23. Containers are subject to availability on the day and may be substituted.

24. Weddings - Require a 25% deposit on acceptance of wedding quote with the balance payable one week before the wedding date. In case of cancellation, the 25% deposit is generally non refundable as costs may have been incurred for purchases and work begun for your wedding. This may be negotiable depending on the circumstances.
