Terms and Conditions

  1. For RedPetal to process your order, we need information such as your full name, email address, contact number, your billing address, delivery address and payment details.
  2. If you do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been processed. Please contact RedPetal by phoning 1300 135 561 or by emailing: sales@redpetal.com.au
  3. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and RedPetal is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
  4. RedPetal cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every effort to fulfill your request but cannot guarantee it.
  5. To guarantee same day delivery, orders must be placed by 12 noon (AEST).
  6. Orders placed after 12 noon (AEST) will be delivered on the next delivery day.
  7. Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be delivered on the next delivery day.
  8. If the recipient (or other householder) is not home when the delivery is made, the gift will be left at the recipient’s front door or out of sight if possible if requested to do so by the customer.
  9. If the delivery cannot be made we will attempt to contact the customer for new instructions (which may incur additional charges).
  10. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address details. RedPetal cannot accept responsibility for deliveries made at an incorrect address supplied by the customer. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of ordering.
  11. RedPetal only offers a refund if it is found that RedPetal Floral Design is at fault. No refund will be provided if incorrect or incomplete information has been supplied by the customer.
  12. As RedPetal is closed on public holidays and Sundays, we will deliver your gift on the next business day.
  13. If alcohol is part of the order it must be purchased by, purchased for and delivery accepted by persons over the age of 18 years.
  14. Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the redpetal.com.au web-site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
  15. Product descriptions and pricing will be as accurate as possible and updated regularly.
  16. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
  17. We will endeavour to provide the exact flowers and colours in your order, however due to seasonal and market availability, this may not always be possible. In such cases we will substitute flowers to match your order as closely as possible.
  18. Hamper items are subject to availability on the day of delivery.
  19. Containers are subject to availability on the day and may be substituted.

We may subsequently require further details to enable the processing of any orders that you make. You agree to provide RedPetal with current, complete and accurate customer information when asked to do so by the web-site or the RedPetal team.
