Delivery Information

RedPetal delivers to all Sydney Metropolitan suburbs. Delivery Days are Monday to Saturday (Excluding Public Holidays). Other days can be organised by special arrangement. Delivery hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday & 9am – 12pm on Saturdays.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

• RedPetal cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every effort to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.
• Deadlines for placing orders are by 11 am (AEST) on a delivery day, to guarantee same day delivery.
• Orders placed after 11 am (AEST) will be delivered on the next day.
• Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be delivered on the next delivery day.
• If the recipient (or other householder) is not home when the delivery is made, the gift will be left at the recipient’s front door or out of sight if possible if requested to do so by the customer.
• If the delivery cannot be made we will attempt to contact the customer for new instructions (which may incur additional charges).
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address details. RedPetal cannot accept responsibility for deliveries made at an incorrect address supplied by the customer. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of ordering.
• If alcohol is part of the order it must be purchased by, purchased
  for and delivery accepted by persons over the age of 18 years.
